INTRODUCTION

The Logic View Company, hereinafter "it's logic®" works to ensure that your privacy is protected when you use our Services. Our policy therefore sets out how your Personal Data will be processed and protected. Please be aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy by visiting our website and mobile applications ("Act Now").

This Privacy Policy applies only to It's logic® Customers and users of our Platform and Services.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

It's logic® collects information to conduct our business and offer you the opportunity to reduce your use of single-use plastics. We collect both Personal Data and Other Information to support these efforts.

"Personal Data" means information that may be used, directly or indirectly, separately or in conjunction with other information, to identify you as an individual Customer. This may include your Precise Location Data.

"Other Information" means information that is anonymous, complete, de-identified, or otherwise does not reveal your identity. Examples include age, gender, operating and search system, time spent using our Services and web pages visited. We collect this information and use it to understand how you and our Customers together use our Services and we continually improve, refine, innovate and create products and services to reflect our Customers' needs. We also collect responses from trusted Payment Service Providers when you make purchases on the Platform.

Depending on the payment method, this may include a subscription ID which is sent to the Payment Service Provider. We do NOT collect credit card information. When you use a mobile device, we also collect and use your Apple Advertising ID (IDFA) and Google Advertising ID (AAID) to recognise your device and its support activities for our Services. These numerical values are not permanently linked to your device and, depending on your operating system, you may be able to reboot your device through your device settings.

We collect Personal Data in the following ways:

- When you register with us, we collect registration data and demographic data, e.g. name, email address, password, country and exact location. We may collect your mobile phone number.

- We process this Personal Data because it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract with you for the use of the Platform in accordance with Section 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.

- When you use or interact with our Services, we collect Personal Data such as Location Data. We use your Location Data to provide a more competent service. We may also use your Location Data to perform analyses to improve the Services.

We collect Location Data in the following ways: from your wireless carrier, directly from the device from which you use our Services.

The manner in which we collect Location Data is different depending on whether you access the Services through a website or from a mobile application. If you access the Services through one of our mobile applications, the way in which we collect Location Data will be different depending on the operating system of your mobile device. In any case, we do not collect Location Data unless you have permitted its collection when instructed. If you do not consent to the collection of Location Data in the app, we will not collect your Location Data unless you enter it manually.

We process this Personal Data by virtue of your consent in accordance with section 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.

Other Information: We may collect Other Information about your use of our Services. This includes, for example, your device type, operator, browser type, operating system, Internet domain and server name, date and time of access, as well as referral and subsequent URLs, and transactional data about the activities you undertake and how you interact with the Services, such as data displayed, clicked or shared, clickstream patterns and time spent on each site or page; and searches you perform on the Services.

We process this Personal Data because it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests we pursue in order to improve our Platform in accordance with article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.

When you connect with us through social networks, we may collect information about your profile or your account. You may choose to sign in or register for the Services through Google ("Social Networking Services"). When you connect through your Social Networking Services accounts, we may collect Personal Information that you have entered into that Social Networking Service. For more information, please review the terms and privacy disclosures for your Social Networking Services account, which govern how account information is collected and shared with us.

We process this Personal Data in accordance with your consent under Section 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

When you conduct surveys and register for promotions, contests and sweepstakes, we collect contact, demographic and eligibility information. We may sponsor contests, sweepstakes and other promotions ("Promotions") and request that you provide us with Personal Data, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and age and other information that is appropriate for participation.

We may also launch surveys through which you are required to answer questions on a range of topics from personal information to product and brand preferences. We process this Personal Data in accordance with your consent under Section 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or because it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us in order to improve our Platform under Section 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Where we collect Personal Data directly from you, you provide us with the Personal Data on a voluntary basis for the purpose of using the Platform.

You provide us with your Personal Data on a voluntary basis, but if you do not provide them, it may be because you cannot use the Platform or access promotions, competitions or sweepstakes.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We use the data we collect to conduct our business, to advertise and improve our existing Platform, to develop new services and to enhance and personalise your experience when interacting with us. We also use your Personal Data to communicate with you.

We will use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

To conduct our business and manage our Services.

We use your Personal Data to create and manage your personal account at It's logic® and to process your orders.

To personalise experiences with our Services, to better understand our Customers and to achieve customer perception.

We use your Personal Data to perform analyses in order to provide you with the relevant functionality. This includes showing you a map or a list of upcoming events and suggesting the most relevant events for you.

Communicating with you and responding to your requests

When you register with an account with us, you can choose to receive advertising about us and our products and services by e-mail and/or automatic notifications. If you consent to these messages, we may use your Personal Data and Other Information to communicate with you about the products or Services It's logic® has purchased or used and to inform you about other products, promotions and Services that we believe may be of interest to you. You can manage your communication preferences at any time from within the mobile applications.

We may use your Personal Data to respond to your requests for technical support, online services, product information or any other communication you send to us. This includes accessing your account for technical support requests. Also, at your request, we will use your Personal Information to register you for contests, programs or offers. We may also use your Personal Information to inform you about promotions and other special offers.

Please note that regardless of your e-mail settings and automatic notifications, we may send you notifications regarding the provision of our Services, such as revisions to our Terms or this Privacy Policy or other formal communications regarding products or Services that you have purchased or used. This also includes e-mails, automatic notifications and text messages in the event that one or more of your purchases is cancelled.

- Designing our marketing and advertising

We use Personal Data and Other Information to assist us in our marketing and advertising campaigns, to provide you with information about products and Services that we believe are most relevant to you.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED?

The data we collect from you is stored in the European Economic Area ("EEA") but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any transfer of your Personal Data will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws.

 

HOW LONG ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED?

It's logic® will retain your Personal Data for as long as you have an Account or as necessary to provide the Services. We will also retain and use your Personal Data if necessary to fulfil our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our contracts. We will keep your Personal Data until 5 years after the end of the year in which we delete your Account in order to fulfil our legal obligations under the Spanish Accounting Act or for the filing, exercise or defence of legal claims.

 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Logic View Company, SL. ("It's logic®") is the controller of the Personal Data you provide to us and is responsible for it in accordance with the GDPR.

 

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your data may be shared within the It's logic® group. Under no circumstances will we pass on, sell or exchange your data for advertising purposes to third parties outside the It's logic® group. The data we send to third parties will only be used to provide you with the services mentioned above, e.g. media services and agencies for the distribution of newsletters and debt collection or credit checking agencies for the purposes of credit assessment, identity verification and debt collection.

 

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. We continuously adapt our security measures in line with technical progress and developments. Making card purchases is safe with us, all information will be sent to you in encrypted form. This means that the information is transmitted over a secure connection and that external parties cannot read your Personal Data. For card purchases, we work with PCP-compliant Payment Service Providers who help us verify directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our Payment Service Providers process your card details in accordance with the PCI DSS international security standards, which were developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card data is processed with a very high level of security. When you pay by card, we reserve the right to conduct an identity check.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You have the right to request information about the Personal Data we hold about you at any time. If your Personal Data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or deleted. In addition, you have the right to request that your Personal Data be processed on a restricted basis and in some circumstances to data portability. We will not be able to delete your Personal Data if there is a legal requirement to retain it, either under accounting regulations or on other legitimate grounds for data retention, such as unpaid debts. You may refuse your consent to use the Personal Data for advertising purposes at any time. You can contact us by sending a letter to our Customer Service Department at The Logic View Company, Customer Service, Calle Artesanos 29, 28660, Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), Spain, or by sending an e-mail to hello@itslogicnow.com. Your rights under the Data Protection Act will not be affected.

You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are not satisfied with the way we process your Personal Data.
